Spoon flavored yogurt into a plastic bag. Squeeze dots onto cookie sheet and place in freezer. They’ll be ready in about an hour! | Such a great healthy summertime snack.

long overdue…

Hello to anyone following me :)
I’ve been so busy with this semester so I haven’t been able to update.
One of my friends J, introduced me to weight watchers. I started 2 weeks ago. I’m on my third week and I’ve lost 6 pounds :D:D I don’t think I will pay to renew the program after the three months is over though. Its mostly about portion control and eating healthy and I think I’m okay with that already. It is so much fun doing it with my 2 roommates and J though. I’m also still running at the gym almost everyday and I’ve also started Zumba…its SO FUN OMGOMG!!! I look completely ridiculous but so does everyone else and I just looove dancing. SUCH a great stress reliever. 
So thats my update…6 pounds..I’ve very happy! I can see a difference and feel a difference.

Oreo Cookie Protein Shake

1 scoop of Vanilla Flavored Protein Powder (I used Pro Fusion by Muscle-Link)
1 or 2 Reduced Fat Oreo Cookie(s) (this can be substituted for a “Sugar Free” Oreo)
1 cup of Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
4 pieces of cubed ice (you can use more or less) 
In a blender, just add all the ingredients and blend to however you like it.
