oh god…I’m a not sore but I can feel it coming…It will hurt to walk, talk, and laugh tomorrow. It will be worth it! Cycling was full though :( apparently people sign up for the 6:15 class before 2..so I’ll do it tomorrow! yay :)

It was my first day back at uni today! Went to class all day then went to the gym around 9:30pm. Before the break I could run 10 laps (semi)easily without stopping…this time I had to stop at 5. Gaah! I still completed 10 though. Did some weights and sit-ups also. Happy with this workout but need to push myself more next time! :)
