I was being really lazy and only did the circuit once…:(
My biggest mistake was not stretching before and after and I’ve been in pain all day. Especially my thighs. They hurt like hell every time I try to walk/stand up. Anyway, I’ll do the circuit again today and do it 3 times. No Pain=No Gain!
My first weigh in will be on the 21st. I think I’ll weight myself every three weeks.
